If you eat healthier things and things more wholesome for your body... will you #2 less? because more of it is going into your body??? or am i just completely insane

When you eat the vitamins and minerals from the food are absorbed into your body through your stomach. The solid or fibers from the food, are moved out through your intestines and into you bowl and passed out. You have to have #2 as you say to pass this through and also all the toxins that build up. they are also broken down and are passed through your urine. Actually if you eat healthier you should pooh better, and have less odor than before. I hope this has helped.

It honestly depends on what you eat. Oprah had a show with Dr. Oz about this. If you eat more fiber ( like broccoli) yes you will #2 more. Also, because you are changing your diet, that will affect your body. So until your body gets used to the new diet, you will be going #2 more.

no actually u will prob go #2 more- bc the more wholesome things are typically going ot be higher in fiber content

If you eat healthy you'll prolly #2 more. Fruit and veggies have lots of fiber and fiber equals #2.....
