im 16 years old male 5'6'' 130lbs what should my bench, curl be around

there is no correlation between age and strength or the bodyweight so there is no such data. dedication and how well your training program is designed will dictate how fast "you" see increases in strength levels. where you are is not so important as the increases in strength that you have made to date.

everyone increases strength and muscle at different rates as there are so many variables to the equation. most adult males can not bench their own body weight so if you are close to that mark then pound for pound you are stronger than most.

everyones different, who goes to they gym and wants to check what weights others are doing, all you need to do, is keep improving , your only against yourself, so if you do bench , one day, next time you do it you aim to increase weight on last set, or do more reps

well im 15 and 6' 3" abt 215 and i bench around 200+ and idk abt curl
but i have friends my age who bench 250 so im not really sure
if u r at 135 u r doing ok

well i weigh 125 and i bench 165...not bragging

Woah, 130 pounds.... at least.... it could be so many things, you couldn't judge it on the statistics you gave alone.
