I love cheese, milk, whip cream and yoghurt but I heard dairy is not good for the digestion system. Is this true? I've tried soy cheese and milk but I still prefer dairy.

Heres the situation,.,.,.,.,.im at work and almost on a daily basis I am asked to get out of my seat by this larger lady to go get **** out of the fridge for her,.,.,I always want to tell her to piss off but im a nice guy but also tired of getting things for her,.,.,.the fridge is like 10 feet away,.,.,.I think it makes her feel superior to me because I am much younger than her and kinda her boss,.,..

I eat and eat and eat and eat but i am still very skinny and i hate it. Even when i eat junk food i am still very skinny. People say I wish i were as skinny as you but, no they don't. Could you help me to gain like 5-10 or whatever pounds? But i still want to stay healthy.

I want to gain weight by eating more carbs and exercise, but I wanted to know which foods are considered "Low" or "High" carbs. And which aren't very helpful for your body, and for gaining weight.

most of my family is overweight, on both sides. it is really hard for me to lose weight i have tried diet after diet, started watching everything i eat i only drink diet pepsi when i have soda which is not very often, i drink water about 95% of the time, i have tried counting calories while doing step aerobics and nothing helps i gain weight regardless of what i eat and how much exercise i do could this be a hereditary problem?

my knees sound like pop corn when I do lunges and balanced lunges, but there is no pain. I am 47, and wonder if I am slowly damaging my knees. I have been doing the same split workout for about 5 years, with no change in my knee health. Should I change my technique? I am currently using 2 30lb dumbells and do 3 sets of 25 reps.
