ok i know everything im supposed to doto lose weight. all the dieting and exercising and everything. what i need from you guys is the insperation and some words of motivation. whatever you can do to help me do it and most importantly STICK WITH IT! thank you so much

You have all the ambition, tenacity and ability to accomplish this, but know that you don't have to do it alone. There are numerous companies and private firms dedicated to helping people like you who are committed to a healthy lifestyle, like Curves, Weight Watchers and the like. If you don't want to go that way, or money is a problem, just remember these two things: eat three solid, balanced meals a day, or else 5-6 smaller, without snacks inbetween, and exercise to burn the same amount of calories you have eaten if you want to lose weight. There are a number of guides available online for calorie-counting. But, to be honest, you need to identify your triggers and your weaknesses, and be a little hard on yourself (be reasonable) in the beginning, so that you feel the reward of your hard work. Your best chance of success is with support, like a friend, and you have a wealth of resources at your disposal with the internet, so good luck! You know that you are beautiful, so go get 'em!

You may need to lose weight but the most important thing is to - LOVE YOURSELF!!!

You can be the slimest, sexiest person inthe world and still not be happy with the way you look because you don't love yourself. Also you need to have those around you appreciate you for who you are. Their being supportive will go a long way in encouraging you to do anything you need to.

Take good care of yourself and enjoy being you, even if you want to be slimmer, do it because you want to , not because some else wants you to.

I am an older women and I know what your talking about . Inside every fat women there's a thin one trying to get out.
I tried all the usual things but didn't put my heart into it Now I have diabetes and have to inject 4 times a day and take umpteen pills
I wish I had tried harder with the diets and especially the exercises Please try harder I beg you .
Believe me you dont want to end up like me

Here's a consideration:

When you're dieting and exercising and you don't seem to be losing any weight (you've hit the plateau) think about how long it has taken your body to put on that weight and how it will probably take equally as long to burn it off.

DONT GET DISCOURAGED!
DONT GIVE UP!
KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE! =)

I can suggest you target those behaviours that sabotage your efforts. For example, if you snack out of your fridge, or continue to pull out the wrong things to fix, you can post some very unflattering photos of yourself, or, pictures of someone with the figure you'd like to have. If fast food is your bad habit, then you can do the same on the dashboard of your car.

no reason is more motovating or more inspirational then the fact that you are doing something for yourself... it's something that you can stick with, b/c it's a present you are giving yourself.

set some goals and reward yourself when you reach them. Buy yourself a new pair of jeans when you reach your goal wieght, and then head out for a night on the town to celebrate your success!

Its all about the mind. You are your motivator. It's gonna take time and hard work. Blood,sweat, and tears. Discipline and sacrifice. It will all be worth it in the end. You are in that direction you are geting there. It will happen. Keep telling yourself how bad you want this. Its all about you. How bad do you want this. Love yourself. Get off that butt and do it!

think about all the attention you will get.
think about all the clothes you can buy that is not in the PLUS size part of the store.
think about all the things you can do like go dancing with out somone staring at you or talking about you behind there back. think about all the favors guys will do for you bc when you are big we favor them bc we just want them to like us. but when you are skinny guys want to help us be happy.
think about just being happy.

You will loose some dress sizes and fit into some cute slim clothes, in which you will look graceful and not bloated or vulgar. You will catch the attention of gorgeous guys and gals! ;)

Don't Give UP! All of us have weaknesses...and you can't throw in the towel. Don't starve yourself....it's not worth it. It takes time to get your metabolism pepped up with new activities....be patient with your self...and it will work for you! Reward yourself for small milestones! Manicure...or a new ring. No food rewards!
