Yes, although, it would be good to take at least one day of rest each week. On the rest day, you can still do the walk, but skip the step aerobics.

Yes, that would be great if you can keep it consistent. I recommend stepping on a bench step that is 14" high for 45 minutes, stepping up and down alternating legs. The 14" is one half of my inseam of my pants. I am only 5'2". I did regular step aerobics for 10 years and did not see any results. But, the 14" bench stepping showed results after the first week with tighter legs, abs and butt. Hope this helps.

i alternate from doing fat burning yoga to regular yoga almost everyday. it makes you feel good to move around all the time.
