I want to gain weight by eating more carbs and exercise, but I wanted to know which foods are considered "Low" or "High" carbs. And which aren't very helpful for your body, and for gaining weight.

Carbohydrates include all types of sugars and starches. That means cereals, grains, breads, etc. for starches, and all kinds of candy and desserts for sugars. If you really want high carb foods, those are those terrible things for you, like chocolate chip cookies and Ding Dongs. You will gain weight, too--unfortunately, I am a living testament to it. Apparently, my husband's ex was even worse than I am. She blamed him for her weight (she was heavy when he met her), and he says, "Yes, I'm the one who forced the Twinkies down her throat every night!"

Carbs are anything white/yellow - Bread, potatoes, bananas, rice, crackers, corn, etc. they're startchy, and you feel full sooner after eating them.
