broke up with boyfriend and stopped feeling hungry cos was so upset. now 2 months later the thought of eating just feels like far far too much effort. i used to have such a big appetite. i'm small anyway and i'm starting to look very thin and people are noticing. but for some reason i can't make myself eat cos it makes me feel sick. i used to love my food. why is this - it's getting a bit scary cos i eat like an avocado or banana a day and i know that's not normal...what do i do to get appetite back?

For a few years I have been going to bed very late and not getting as much sleep as I should be, and I haven't really been getting taller. Can sleep affect that, or am I just as tall as I'm supposed to be? I'm 19. And what about diet? Because I'm also pretty thin.

Also there's an exercise I do which exercises the lower stomach area. You take a barbell and pick it up to your waist level and hold it there and try to bring it up to your chest area and that's considered one rep. Your arms are in a position like your riding a motorcycle as your trying to bring the barbell up to your chest from your waist area. I do these. Anybody think this will build muscle in the lower ab and get rid of the tummy pouch that I have?

i'm 8 months pregnant... and the closer i get to the actual due date the more i get nervous about how to loose all the weight that i've gained..... plus it doesn't help that i keep gaining.

Do you think it would be better to get up early (and miss out on an extra 45 minutes of sleep) and run/cardio workout, then go to work (12 hour shifts) or get up and get ready for work, then run/cardio workout right before going to bed?

Say if you used to be naturally skinny and ate normally and did normal amounts of exercise but then put on a heap of wait from less exercise but then screwed up your metabolism for not eating and other eating disorders how could you eventually get back to the way you used to be and lose the weight you unnecessarily gained?
