Not absolutely but avoid eating oily food,junk food, chocolates etc too much ...Besides it's not only about fat but also other problems that can resault from a non healthy diet..(eg heart deseases) Keep working out though.. Thats is rly good =P

As you age, it will take more exercise to burn off the same amount of calories. Continue to monitor your weight and body mass for changes. What you do at the gym will matter too. Cardio plus weight lifting is better than cardio alone.

Also, if you stop exercising and continue to eat the same you will gain weight. This happens to professional athletes a lot.

no you wont as long as you work off all the calories doesnt mean ya heathy thou but i say i eat what i want becuse like is short enjoy it while you can
