I am a size 10 and have a flat stomach but need to tone up my thighs and butt. I walk for 2-hours a day and still seem to have flab!!!!! Please help me

Squats, do 3 sets of 15-20 a day, you will see results in no time.

I could have asked this question as I'm also a size 10 but need to tone up my thighs and butt. I have noticed a difference with drinking more water and staying off of tea and coffe and junk food. Squats are good for the tops of your legs (but they flippin well hurt) and star jumps also. I have been doing star jumps and jogging on the spot through the advert breaks of tv programmes I watch. I do stretching excersises first then the jogging etc. That way I don't feel the pain too much and I have a short burst and don't put too much pressure on myself.

Lunges - squat with one foot in front of the other. Squats are great too but proper form is very important.

Also, if you're looking to spot reduce fat from the area then the answer is sorry, no can do. Spot reduction doesn't work. Where you accumulate, and thus lose fat from is predetermined genetically. You can do all you can to firm up the muscle underneath, but if it's the fat you have the problem with then it's back to more old fashion cardio work. You'll get there in the end.

see all perverted and wrong swiming 4 times a week for 30 minutes each time then add 10 mins when it gets to easy this will tone your thighs and bum as well as your whole body.

check out the lateral thigh trainer i got one and am in better shape now best of all its only £40. it goes from side to side which slims your thighs and butt. give it a go

Cross country skiing, and also kayaking. You can get a gym machine that simulates cross-country skiing. Not cheap, but really work.

squats and lunges, with weights! also hack squat machine and incline leg press. oh yea sex with you on top. cowgirl position.
