IF Everyone in the World had a healthy and fit body...would there be more confident in their self and more productive in life and would the population of the world greatly increase after so many years of everyone being Healthy?

im starting cheerleading in augest so that might help...but im so ebarresd how my inner thighs have stretch marks..but atleast i have a awesome butt (arcording to my guy friends ;) )

I'm not large and I'm not skinny, I'm happy with my body except for my stomach. I have a flabby stomach.
I don't smoke, I dont drink alcohol, The only think I drink is water.

I'd like to atleast look better in about 3 weeks.

ok...well i am trying to lose a few extra pounds not too much because i realize i am not fat, i just have a little stomach fat...and i have been trying to cut back on eating but i am having a hard time with it... i do abdominal exercises everyday, but that wont be enough on its own..soo can anyone tell me a way to hold back my hunger? or anything htat would be helpful in my situation? i often think iam hungry but im really not...plus i dont eat the healthiest of foods. but i try, and i am not a picky eater, so maybe a couple of low fat food ideas would be nice too. thank you.

i was born with hypothyroidism( under active thyroid), i have no metabolism,very little. im over weight and want to lose it but i have no energy,im on meds but im nearly on the highest dose possible,and its not working.i know i can tell my doc.,but the real problem is that when people see me,they assume that im fat cause i eat too much,and i dont. some people are fat cause of medical reasons,i dont understand why people have to pick on fat people,when its possible its not their fault?and is there anything to help my metabolism?

What I read was in a magazine article while waiting at the dentists, I was called, and couldn't finish the article...It said it had something to do with your kidneys absorbing the water, instead of cleaning out your system, and getting rid of the excess... Any ideas???

I've been eating a little less, but I havn't been getting much physical activity. I'm only 13. I want to be skinnier, but I'm not overweight. Is there some explanation for why I lost this weight so quickly?

(i.e. Slim Fast, Boost, etc.)? I've been having one for breakfast, a light lunch (like a salad) and one for dinner (and lots of water) for about a week now and I feel kinda bloated. I thought I was supposed to be LOSING weight, not gaining it?

I am 18 and have been overweight ever since i can remember. The past few years I've really been trying to lose weight but just can't stay motivated. While living at home I have no control over what my parents buy to eat. When they buy junk food I just can't get myself to resist it 100%. My basic meals and everything are usually pretty good, its just the stuff I eat in between, even when I'm not hungry.

So my quesiton is to anyone who has gone through this. How did you stay motivated while losing weight. Is there a good way to stay disciplined and not eat a bunch of crap all the time even when its there. I know if I can do these things I can reach my goals. Any suggestions?
