on average if you are 5 feet you should be approx 100 pounds. you should be about 5 pounds for every additional inch.

you should be around 115, doctors suggest about 5% more to remain healthy (about 121) if you were to be 20-29% you are considered overweight (138-149), when you reach 30% (150-or more) more than what is suggested you are considered obese

Being an ex-gymnast I would say 110 or so. No less than 100 though. That just gets scary.

As a guy I could care less how much the girl weighs. Remember that muscle is heaver than fat. This means the skinny girl can weigh more than the fat girl.

The ideal weight for someone who is 5'3" small frame would be 111-124 lbs (50.3 kg to 56.2 kg)

measure your height in centimetres, then subtract 100 from it...
the result is your ideal weight (in kilograms)...

HEIGHT - 100 = IDEAL WEIGHT
