Approximate number of situps in one hour = 720 (each one taking 5 seconds)

So one calorie will require 1.3 situps to burn.

That will be based on the body structure. For a normal built up body 20-30 sit ups burns around 1 calorie

ok anyone that says 20-30 situps only burns 1 calorie as the guy here said..is pretty retarded... just doing 3 situps will easily burn 1-2 calories
