Wow, 5 is a lot!

If you are drinking the sugary version, you are ingesting about 500 - 750 extra calories a day in nothing but sugars (i.e. it'll add to your waistline).

The low-carb is better but still 5 is a bit a much.

Too many of these drinks will cause calcium loss (due to the carbination), tooth enamel problems (very acidy), and probably keep your stomach bloated so you won't eat normal food.

You may also be overdosing on some vitamins, as these drinks are fortified.

The caffeine can also cause havor with your sleep patterns and energy levels. Not to mention your mood.

I'd certainly cut back on these drinks.

It all depends on how much energy you use daily, and also depends on your body`s condition.

A common denominator never applies to everybody where health is concerned. If in doubt, go to a dietician.

seriously u should stop. they taste great and all, but there is sooo much caffeine and stuff in that, that it can do sum damage to ur body.
