Don't eat late at night - stop eating around 6-7 pm.
Don't eat any sugar - I gave it up and I've lost weight easily without getting hungry. Sugar increases appetite.
Eat plenty of lean protein - it makes you feel full.
Go easy on high GI carbs.
Have a cup of consomme or other low-cal soup before dinner - you'll eat a lot less.
If you feel hungry after dinner, have a small amount of low-fat dairy, such as diet yoghurt, fruit smoothie or cream cheese for dessert. It helps make you feel satisfied.
Most important: EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST. It's essential for maintaining weight loss. You feel less hungry throughout the day. Make breakfast bigger and dinner smaller.

You cannot go wrong with vegetables, fruits and lean protein. Add a little extra protein, it increases your metabolism and reduces hunger. If you add vegetables, they will help to reduce your hunger as well.
It is common to feel hungry shortly after a good size meal if your blood sugar was spiked. When it comes down people often feel hungry. To deal with it, eat smaller meals more often. Instead of 3 meals per day divide it up and eat 5 to 6 meals per day keeping the same amount of calories. Also, examine your diet for simple carbs, because they spike your insulin and blood sugar. Another trick is to drink a little more water with a teaspoon of olive oil, or just more water.
I don’t want to recommend low fat foods. Most of the commercially made low fat foods are loaded with sugar. It is not what you need to eat if you want to loose weight and not be hungry.

You cannot NOT eat, its a healthy part of life to eat. If you don't eat anything, there won't be any energy left in your body and blood wouldn't be made and it can get into all sorts of troubles and diseases. Try eating when you feel like it, and don't put a lot of food onto the plate. Putting more food on your plate increases your mind to eat all of it. I heard about it in the news. Make yourself do 100 sit ups a day. Trust me, you'll see results in about a week to 2 weeks!!! You just have to push yourself and tell yourself that this will work. Confidence brings up the abs too, you know! =] Hope this helps! â¥

Buy a bag of baby carrots--a 2 lb bag. Use those for snacks. You can eat the whole bag and not gain any weight. Sometimes, I make carrot sticks and celery sticks and put them in about an inch of ice water in a tupper ware cannister (small, upright kind--or a jar with a lid on it would work) and put them right on the front shelf of the frig, and when I am bored and want to snack, I eat those.

Drink LOTS of water before you eat. Water will settle in your belly and help you feel less hungry.
Also, eat salads. They're light, and they'll fill you up. Eat a lot of small meals throughout the day (Make sure they're healthy) and you won't binge.

Try drinking water. Anytime you want to eat something just get some water and start drinking. It's good for your body and it should get your mind off of food.

more exercise. when you dont eat at all you are slowing down your metabolism (the rate at which food is broken down), and thats even worse. i think you should eat a balanced diet, and try and higher up your metabolism through exercise and a healthy BALANCED diet, and not u dont eat at all. that will make the problem worse.
