ok lets see....
1. your meals should consist of 50% vegetables or fruit, 25% whole grain carb (rice, pasta, bread), 25% lean protein (fish, chicken, beef, soy).

2. drink only water!! at least 8 glasses, this isnt that hard. if you are awake 16 hours a day, its only half a glass every hour. do allow yourself to drink at 8 ounces of milk or juice.

3. work out 6 times a week! Day one do weight training, Day two do Cardio, Day three weight training, Day four cardio, Day five weight training, Day six cardio. When ever doing cardio do no less than 60-75 min.

4. SLEEP!! if your going to work out sleep is essential for your body. you need to sleep the full 8 hours.
