yeah start with 50 sti-ups a night than go up to 75 or 100 depends how much u can do and u do more regularly
OR
u can do half a sit-up stay like this 10 seconds and do this 10 to 20 times a night i do these and im modest so i wont say i hav a 6 pack but my friends say i do so do what i sayed

Alright, well I was GONNA say go drive to the store and buy one. But since that one seems to have gotten old already, seriously, do crunches, but start out slow. If youre a girl (Guys can do it too I guess, I've just always thought of it as a girly thing), Pilates can reallly help you with this too. Also I heard this trick that when your sitting and you think about it, it will help to suck in your stomach and hold it for about 20 or so seconds.

crunches, set-ups with 25 pound weight 15reps 4sets every other day.run 2 miles everyday.

you kind of have to be blessed with that. But if you aren't you first need to loose any belly fat you may have by doing cardio and weight training. also drink tons of water.
