That's definitely not very healthy to lose fifty pounds in five weeks. However, if you would like to lose weight, eat healthy and exercise correctly.

Switch your exercising around. If you like sports, try and do a new sport every week or a few days. Going to the gym is another option and getting a private trainer is a good idea to help you understand what to do and get you pumped up to sweat more. I suggest swimming, since it's fun, very cool and relaxing during the summer heat, and tones your muscles nicely.

Eating healthy is a MUST. Salads, unsalted nuts, fresh vegetables and fruits, fruity milkshakes, cereal like Special K, pita bread or whole wheat bread, just nothing too fatty is a great idea.

These ideas are something that you should do for the rest of your life, not just five weeks. I wish you luck, and I hope you're happy with your results. I suggest bringing like a friend on your journey to a newer, smaller you. Sometimes, human beings get lazy because they are unable to have company and communicate! No. Do you want some tips tho? Don't focus so much on the scale/weigh in time, my friend. Concentrate on replacing fat with muscle. I'm a vegetarian, and it took some doing, but I am a marathon runner and am up to doing 5 miles a day. I can feel the muscles. Don't walk, run! Any little improvement/physical thing you do is like 'money in the bank.' I am a vegetarian. Forgot fast food.. I can't wait to get up tomorrow and eat my 'veggie breakfast.' I eat 2..3 cans of beans daily and I don't 'stink' man.. (Your system gets used to 'em.. now raisins/iron they make ya go PU) You need to not 'crave' bad foods OR be flexible. You know what you like, right? Adapt it to a low-fat, high figher item. I thnk tofu sux.. Skip chips/doritos and eat handfuls of cereal .. Wheaties, Cheerios..right out of the box, man.. packed w/vitamins. I do an exercise show on t.v. but I'd dearly love to be able to pay for a spa membership. (hell yeah.. now we're talkin!') Can you do that? It's just the motivator you might need. (Might meet someone interesting to date.. who knows?) Sex is a good motivator. Skip bike riding/walking (unless that's all you can do at first.. good to start at) What works is a good solid 30 minutes several times a week of HARD exercise (like the running thing I do..) You can do it (but not so much weight.. be realistic..) When you do lose (I lost 75 pounds 5 years ago/kept it off) you'll likely as not be 'blessed' with wrinkly skin tho. (They don't tell ya about that one.. floppy skin syndrome..) It tightens up some with time.. but not l00%.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

you need chicken broth, tuna, green beans, only 3 eggs a week, and well water lots of water so much water you can not but like it add lemon and it will help. exercise 20 mint when you wake up, then during your lunch.. before you eat.. then when you get off of work go for a job.. then eat a dinner but no breads just meats and vegies.. and fruit.. to burn the cal.. now ex for 45min before bedtime. in frount of the tv.. with a chair to do crunches ect..

if it dose not fit in a cup dont eat it.. understand..

as for 50 lbs in 5 weeks.. well hon it will be pushing it..

it took me to lose 60lbs in 8 months.. so do the math.. and i worked out for 2 hrs in the morn.. and then the kids went to school did another 2 hrs.. then cleand the house got the laundry and the dinner ready.. picked up the kids.. then did riding bikes and tennis and basket ball with them.. then dinner and then out for a 6 mile job or bike ride again.. then cleand up dinner and did 2 hour of floor exercise then shower and off to bed..
from 4:30am to 11pm was my monday thur fridays. on sat.. well that was all the kids stuff, and i did the same but spent the time with kids. they worked out with me.

Okay, just joking. If you're seriously trying to drop that much weight in that short amount of time, there are health risks to consider. With that said, here are your options:

1. liquid diet
2. Michael Thurmond's Six Week Body Makeover.
3. Diet Soup Diet
4. Grapefruit Diet
5. Medically supervised liquid diet
6. Fasting
7. Liposuction (I was only half kidding. It works.)

There is no safe way to do that. Not one doctor would recommend such thing, however if youcut down to 1500 calories a day and jog a mile or so 2 times a day you can drop alot of weight fast.

first of all why would you want to lose that much weight that fast? if its to look good in a casket, go for it. You can lose weight rapidly on the no carb high protein diet but you must be careful not to do it to long because any diets that take away your normal basics are for short term only because other parts of the body start shutting down.Good luck but remember beauty is only skin deep,look deep inside yourself for your inner beauty, which is much more important.

Ok, if you are a lover of food you will need to splurge and purge and drink about a gallon of grapefruit juice per day. If it is available in your community try to get a hold of some speed and take it as soon as you wake up and in the middle of the day.
