I have a Cocker Spaniel pup who demands atleast a couple of hours of mine to play. School eats up eight l..o..n..g.. hours. Two hours for xtra coaching. Home work one hour. Parents' scolding one hour(utmost musical !). Toilet, as you know atleast an hour. Chatting and SMS two hours obviously. And I gulp seven hours of sleep. That's all of those nasty twentyfour hours of a day. Man, I Have No Time To Eat!!!

WHAT 2 DO??

a. Never mind studies
b. Never go 2 toilet
c. Multi-tasking (dine at toilet)

I am in my twenties and in average shape, not overweight. How can I get myself to stop making excuses and start going to the gym that I already pay membership fees to? Some of my excuses are that I don’t have time, I’m too tired, I’ll go tomorrow, etc. They are just excuses though, and they won’t do me any good when I’m lying in a hospital bed from a heart attack or when I’m trying to catch my breath after walking up a flight of stairs. So how do I force myself to go since it is important for my short and long term physical and mental health?

I use protein supplement when I lift and workout. I, by chance, have always used whey protein. A buddy of ours once bought soy and this was questioned by others we lifted with. Is there any clinical findings or truth to this, and is there a benefit to one over the other?

My breasts came down in size after a few months of diet and exercise and I was wondering if there were any foods (real, whole, healthy foods) that I can eat that may plump them back up again ...?
