I've known several people that were able to lose that kind of weight (one lost over 150 pounds in 300 days) using Isagenix. It's a healthy way to lose weight and you actually keep it off. A lot of people that would have thought gastric bypass was the only way have used Isagenix and gotten the results they want. Eating correctly and proper exercise are the best way. I know this is a very general statement, not to mention cliche, but it is the truth. How you go about doing these things varies greatly on your age, general health, determination, among many other factors. Of course your doctor can help you tailor a specific plan that accounts for most of these things, but how you stick to this plan is up to you. The will to lose weight is the most important of all factors to possess. Losing weight is a serious committment, one that requires discipline and a great deal of self honesty. Once you believe you will do it, you will.

My grandmother got gastric bypass, but a lot of people have serious complications. She didn't lose much weight, but she wasn't commited to it, other's do it and lose a LOT of weight. If you're not interested in something like that, I heard lapband is safe and easy, and can be reversed. And if you're not interested in any kind of medical help, just a lot of hard work and motivation, and I really mean a lot, I don't even know if you can lose 200 in 2 years even with a ton of work. Start drinking water!! No soda, no tea, no coffee, only water!! One way to get help get water is to eat broth based soups, like chicken noodle.

Another thing is to start eating more veggies and fruits and less junk food. I suggest to reward yourself every so often by having a bowl of sugar free, fat free vanilla ice cream. This will help you by not depriving yourself all the time.

Also, you should start exercising. You can start by walking around the neighbor hood for 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Another thing you can do is work out videos. I have found that joining a gym is helpful because they offer so much. Most have swimming pools, cardio classes, weight lifting classes, etc.

I'm looking to lose 100 myself. I tried this product called STACK. Very healthy drink. A lot of vitamins in it, plus it tastes like a ice cream shake. Lost 5 lbs in 2 days. Plus what I read people have lost a pound a day.

I think Weight Watchers is the best way to loose weight. I think it is the weighing in every week and sitting and listening to others who have lost weight, that gives you encouragement to do it.
It is hard work, and you need your friends and family to give you support while you are on a diet. Maybe get them to go for a walk with you every day.Good luck.

I would have to say that it might be a good idea to talk with a registered diatician if you have that much wt to lose. R u older? R u diabetic? Talk to your doc also. Eating less and exercising can never hurt, but u may need some special diet if you have other health problems. Good luck.
