everything that u do everyday as a part of ur habbit is shortening ur life. The reason is ur un+awareness, ur belief that u r the body. Only one way u will not shorten your life, by knowing who u r. By re+uniting with ur self. U r here to use the body, mind & spirit to Re+member who u r and then help/support ur coming generations in everyone to grow and this way u will never die and live forever.

Cross streets (might get hit by a car), go out into the sunshine (skin cancer), sit at the computer instead of exercise (carpel tunnel problems ;) ... high blood pressure and no exercise), walk down the stairs (I could fall and break my neck)...stepping outside of my house and breathing in the "fresh" air (my next door neighbor smokes out there 24/7 - I'll probably get Lung Cancer) ....
that would be really neurotic thinking though...Might as well do all the dangerous stuff while i'm still alive... ;)

This is a great way to get people thinking about their life. Anyway, I drink coffee, I have a toddler which is a lot of stress, have some bad foods but not as many any more, and I should do more yoga.

eat fatty foods, smoke a lot of cigarettes, drink lots of alcohol and surely you will shorten your life =)
