Push ups,benching weights,3 reps them stretch your muscles.Don't over stretch them or you'll pull them.Don't forget to do sit ups,no only improve your stomach muscles,helps tone the chest as well.

Ok, if you're a girl, go up a dress size and your boobs will increase in size too, but keep the rest of you toned and you would look absolutely fabulous. If you're a guy, lifting weights helps build up your upper body.

exercises that strengthen and add size to the pectoralis muscles (or, chest muscles.) are, incline bench press, decline press, and flat bench press, using weights. Pushups are also effective for gaining and maintaining these muscles.
