foods good to eat: fish grilled grilled chiken NO skin, salads,furits, stuff with lots of protine. cotteg cheese, yogert
good workouts : walking, bike riding, swimming, sit ups , push ups

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

eat healthy
drink plenty of water and nothing but water
don't eat within two hours of sleep
exersise 60 min 3 times a week
AVOID UNHEALTHY FOOD that filled of fat
Avoid smoking
and go on....
This is a short view of my life style and that really works out !!

well, i have gone through the exact same senario, first off you will have to change your diet and your exercise plan, i dont know what it is that you are currently doing but i can give youa diet and exercise plan that can safley help you lose 200lbs in under 2 years, but its hard work and takes REAL commitment, first off , you have to do 45-60 minutes of cardio a day, keeping your heart rate at 150, or close to it . also your diet will have to consist of 6 meals aday, no sugar , no salt , no fat, no dairy, (its really tough ) i promise you if you stick it out you will lose the weight, and once you have reached your goal weight , you can slowly add back in the other foods that you used to eat , by then your metabolisim, will be able to keep up with your eating habits, any who, meal 1: one serving cream of wheat / or plain oat meat, with 4-6 egg whites, (cooked of coarse), meal 2: chiken breast, tuna or white meat turkey, with sweet potaot, white potato, or brown rice, and any veggies that you like , as long as no peas or corn, (because they have to much starch and sugar, also the skin is hard to break down in your tummy:>), try to have cuccumbers and broccoli as much as possible, when its time to eat veggies, extra good for you . meal 3: smae as #2 meal 4: only meat and veggies, meal 5 same as #4, meal 6 : 2-4 egg whites right before bed, , also if you can wake up in the middle of the night to have either 2-4 egg whites, or a protien shake,
