i eat alot but i dont get fat or anything im 14 and i wiegh about 95 pounds yea and i eat a lot im tellin u i dont kno where it all goes my wrists and ankles look anorexic and im definetly not anorexic i do exercise alot so i wont look like a stick.. got any ideas on how i can get a little bigger?

ik im glad im not fat but u want to know how skinny my wrists are ok here goes..1.8 inches 4 and 1/2 cm (thats not all the way around my wrist though

dude...be happy that you are skinny...once you get fat...it is really hard to get skinny...you are only 14 so relax and wait till you are 18...then you are going to see result...

Because you are extremely blessed to have a fast metabolism. I would still suggest that you try to eat healthy, maybe enjoy more potatoes than the average person can and stay healthy, maybe some exercise to build more muscle could help, also eat some good protein chicken, turkey, tuna, lean cuts, etc.

You have to consume more calories than your body burns off. A good way to know this is by multiplying your current body weight by 17 that is who many calories a day your body needs just to maintain your current body weight. What ever that number is raise it by about 500 calories. Thats who much you need to eat a day. I do this by eating small meals 6 times a day insead of 3 big ones. Remember eat good foods not junk. and lots of water.

u just got high metabolism. don't worry about it too much if u are eating 3 complete balanced meals everyday. make sure u get enough protein. but definitely check with someone in the medical field about your diet (like doctor, nurse, pharmacist, dietician). by the way, your metabolism will slow down in your late twenties.

could have to do with your age? i am 29 and have three kids and i am 106 lbs and love to eat. i have always been thin, but with each pregnancy i gained 65-70lbs, then about a year after each pregnancy i loose the weight. i guess i am just meant to be thin. maybe you are too?

hey, count your blessings that you dont get fat, there are millions of people all over the world that wish they didnt and would pay to be thin, look at the rising rate of obesity everywhere, you should be very grateful

try some exercise or workout so that the food you eat will be absorb by your body..
athletics is good..
i eat a lot to but i am thin..
then one day i did some jogging exercise for to day and i gained 3kg..

oh, the advantages of being young and having a fast matabolism. i used to be exactly the same. when i turned 21 and starting taking the pill it all caught up with me.
