No, Spices don't contain calories, you need a content of fat/ or sugar in something for calories, Just keep an eye on the sodium levels, too much isn't good for your heart.

Cajun seasoning to popcorn? Ahem, just add some cayenne pepper. Or, a little olive oil in the pan with some minced garlic (very little) and chives (not much). That will end all popcorn plainness. But, you gotta cook your own, no microwave. Cajun Seasoning, I dunno, if its all natural, then I suppose its fine. MSG and salt (probably because you're on a restricted salt diet) in it would be bad (see sodium, too).

Anything you add to your popcorn adds calories, unless its water or something that has no calories.
