No, it is not possible. Anything that would say it can do that is going to do a lot of harm to your body. Just be happy with who you are.

There is an injection that is supposed to stimulate growth, but I think 21 is beyond the age bracket for that. As well, females supposedly stop growing by 16, so I don't know if this procedure is right for you, and the side-effects may include further growth of tongue and jaw, creating a malformity. That is the only growth procedure I am aware of, and usually it is reserved for people with only severe growth issues. 5'1" is not really that short. My mom is 5'2".

Women are usually done growing at that age.
The only thing they have avail is an extreme surgery that I know was done to a, lets just say, a vertically challenged individual, that was very costly and painful. It involved breaking the legs and resetting them.
I think they added a splint type of thing into the leg or something to that nature.
Just be happy as you are, confidence is the sexiest thing there is.
Or buy some nice stilettos.

There is a medical procedure for lenghtening bones, but it involves a metal frame that's literally screwed into your leg bones. The frame is lenghtened slowly, over the next few months, a turn of the screw each day. It's an extremely painful and slow process, and used for people who have serious injuries or birth defects that result in uneven-length legs. Other than that, and the Human Growth Hormone that is also pretty dangerous to use, there is nothing you can do but learn to love what you have.

The following Prescription of Homeopathic Remedies will help any youngster in gaining height: -
1.BACILLINUM 200
2.BARYTA CARB 200
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.

Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results.
Keep me posted about your progress every seven days.
Take care and God Bless You !

I think you're the perfect height, but to answer...there's no answer I know of. I'm 27 and 6 foot. Back when I played basketball I wished I could grow about 8 inches.

No way except for high heels or elevator shoes, nothing can be done. Unless things have changed in the past 30 years.
That was when I wanted to be a model and needed to grow an inch and a half.
Best of luck,
Hope

Not medicines, but you can go to China where they perform leg lengthening surgery. What they do is break your leg, and use external braces to stretch the leg. The bone continues to 'heal', but never fully does until the desired lengthening is achieved. From what I've heard, it's extremely painful, but the only way in which you can actually grow taller. I suggest wearing higher heels.

well, there is some surgery you can get where they actually go in your legs, break the bottom bone, put in a little bar thing and then eventually your bones grow back over it. It is probably a VERY painful surgery but if this is what you really want, I would suggest asking a plastic surgen or perhaps even your doctor and see what they have to say.

I don't know about methods of making yourself taller... But it's more likely that your desire to enhance your stature is the result of some deeper issue. And if that is the case, changing your height wont make you feel better about yourself. You'll like your height. but You'll find something else about yourself that doesn't need fixing (like how tall you are) and you'll drive yourself crazy trying to fix that instead. Perhaps you should learn to accept yourself as you are. Then you'll see that you don't need to change yourself because you are already perfect.
