Well, it really depends upon your gender, height, weight, age and build. So if you are talking about yourself no one could answer without the stats. If you are asking all of us how long is a piece of straw cause you don't know our stats.

the optimum weight according 2 their basal metabolic index..this is ideal as u need to be able 2 perform ur day 2 day activities comfortably without feeling the strain... also u should make intelligent choices in the food u consume as it plays a very important role in ur weight gain....drinking plenty of fluids especially in summer also helps 2 detoxify ur body....
best weight depends on ur height as well as the field ur in with reference 2 ur lifestyle.if ur active all day long u need 2 have a higher calorie intake whereas if ur a sedentary worker u dont need too many calories.....

Whatever weight that is the best median between the three conflicting worlds of health and pleasure and happiness. Don't go by the recommended US weight per height, it will only delude and slant your progress and ambition for being happy.

Dependant upon height. I am sure there is an ideal Body Mass Index to maintain. I am not sure what it is though.

depends on ur age totally, but as a rough guide for Height: 5' 4"
Healthy weight: under 145
Overweight: 145-175
Obesity: over 175

your weight should be appropriate to your age,sex and height!You must go to the clinic and you can see the table of ideal weight for your height and age that makes you perfect in weight!
