I was up to 500 but the doc got upset my knees were hurting too so I backed downb to 400-450. As you might guess my legs are like rocks and Im really happy they are but there is almost no definition at all. Ive started doing a free weight leg press (not sure what its called but you lay on your back and push up with your legs. This is a lot harder than hack squats. So far I am only able to do 200lb x 25 and 4 sets. Question: will this new exercise help me get more definition in my thighs?

i need to know, and i need to know how. my cousin is coming back to town and im 30 pounds overweight. i just need to lose enough to look like theres a difference. is there any way to lose more than 5 in 2 weeks? cause thats the amount of summer we have left. we only got 6 weeks of summer, sucks. thanks :)

I walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes on the incline and 25 minutes on normal. on the 3.3 miles per hour. I sweat alot when I use the incline.

I have recently began working out again and while I think I have the cardio aspect of my fitness plan down, I'm struggling to find a suitable strength training plan. I prefer weight machines to free weights, but I wonder if I'm getting enough from my workouts by using machines and I'm never quite sure which machines to use to get an allover body workout, so many of them appear to work the same muscles. I don't really care for free weights because to use them at my gym is a real hassle, I'm allover the gym jumping from this exercise to that exercise, not really knowing which exercises to do or how. And then of course, when you enter the realm of free weights, there tends to be a certain type of individual you encounter that I don't really care to have to deal with. You know the guys that look like they live in the gym, who's egos tend to match the size of their muscles. Then they shoot you those looks as if to say, "You don't belong here, go back to the machines!" Please help.

I am a college student planning to eat microwave food as my basic meal....

though i might eat out sometimes, but i would more or less be eating microwave food most of the time. (microwave food such as "hungry man" and "meijer")

do you think it would be safe to do that?

diet commercials have only women on it. and most of the time the women are wearing only a bikini. with the exception of the nutirisystem for men commerical i haven't seen many other commericals with more then 2 (3 tops) men on it.

ranch dressings the only unhealthy thing on my diet everything on my salads is nothing else but vegetables and threw out the day fruits veggies and meats like chicken grilled exercise 5 times a day.
