I sleep a little and wake up tired. I sleep a normal amount and wake up tired. I sleep a lot and wake up tired. What is the answer? Heard about iron definciancy but unsure.....

You may need to have a consistent sleeping schedule with the same amount of hours each night. Your body may be confused.

it could be anything, i would get a complete blood work up from your doctor. If you are fine there, then you might want to see what type of work out you do on a weekly basis and how do you eat? alot of questions you need to ask yourself. Do you outside or inside nosies that may effect your sleep, do you have a comfortable bed>?

You're asking a very complicated question and this is something that you should really ask your doctor. Common possibilities are:
-Virus
-Sleeping disorder
-Depression
-Hypothyroidism
-Poor nutrition

i used to have the same problum. try sleeping pills i gess you sleep harder and feel better when you get up. for me anyways
