i eat tons and tons of carbs.. they do nothin to me:S!!!

You might want to try a more balanced diet. If you do a lot of cardio, you might want to switch to weights and go on weight gainer. It sounds like you might have a fast metabolism and it can be hard to gain weight.

I used to have that problem, but it's getting better. I have been eating healthy and getting 7-ish hours of sleep a night and exercising for about a half hour a day. I also try to stay positive. You'd be surprised how much that's helped. You might also want to try vitamins, or see a doctor. Hope you gain the weight you want, and I hope you're gaining it for HEALTHY reasons.

People's bodies like to stay at a body weight around a certain level, and getting past the breaking point is difficult (a big step for people trying to lose weight).
If you are at a healthy body fat %, the only healthy way to gain weight is to increase muscle mass (ie, weight lifting and high calorie diet).

Try to go to the gym along with the tons of carbs

you'd gain a lot of muscle mass

but keep eating...if not you'd stay the same

remember...go to th gym!!!....I asure you it will work

why do u want u gain weight just be how u r unless ur docter told u then eat junk food

boost plus or ensure nutritional drinks for snacks (360 calories). in chocolate- it tastes the best.
