There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

I would imagine that if you are very obese and go on a fast, you could lose that much. Or if you only ate fruit. I don't know if all of it would be fat though. If you don't eat any salty foods, you'll lose a lot of excess water weight.

it is possible. I have done a spiritual fast for 10 days on water alone that included alot of praying, meditation and reading the Bible. I lost 20 lbs. during that time and as soon as I began to slowly eat again I only gained 5 lbs. and that was it. Don't fast for the wrong reasons. Fast for religious beliefs ONLY.

This site has everything you need to know. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) soon surpassing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).
You need to re-learn how to eat. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, slow ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Learn everything on site below so you can understand how food and exercise affects your body. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not, and you will remain part of the biggest pandemic in all of history. Due to this pandemic, for the first time in 100 years, the children of Americans have a lower life expectancy than their parents.

That is way to much to loose in two weeks. I would't think that would be healthy for anyone.

No, not a healthy way. You didn't gain it in 2 weeks and you won't lose it in 2 weeks.
