cut out 500 calories a day and only 500 calories. along with that get at least 100 calories off through excercise, you will lose 1-2 pounds every week which is the healthy amount, any more and you could get yo-yo dieting which makes is harder to lose weight the longer you have it(yo-yo dieting is when you rapidly gain and lose and regain weight). the healthies option is to go vegan, cut out all the animal products from your diet, trust me it works wonders

actually depends on your age, at some ages, if your chubby that can still consist of baby fat which will eventually fall off, but like the other person said eat right stay away from sweets and good daily exercise.

Balanced diet, fresh fruit and vegetables, lots of water and walking. To do anything else will make you exhausted and unable to study and enjoy life.
