The YELLOW in the egg is called the YOLK!

Yes both salt & eggs are allowed on the Atkins Diet, BUT in MODERATION!!!

From what I remember from years ago, I am positive that salt and egg yolks are allowed.

Note: Make certain that you take B complex vitamin supplements so that you not get really dark circles under your eyes in less than a week. The B complex should fix this.
