im starting cheerleading in augest so that might help...but im so ebarresd how my inner thighs have stretch marks..but atleast i have a awesome butt (arcording to my guy friends ;) )

and i dont eat much and only a nibble at dinner...it just runs in my family the fat thighs nice butts and curves....if i was skinny id be hawwwt!

There is no such thing as spot training (targeting a specific area for weight loss) the only way to get rid of that fat in your inner thighs is to lose overall weight. You could tone up in your inner thighs, which would make if firmer though. Any ol' exercise that gets you to squeeze your legs together and apart.

I've read that no matter how much running some of us might do or lunges, whatever the butt or leg work, you need to work out your inner thighs with a separate workout regiment. for example: if you have the excercise ball, place the ball between your legs while your standing and squeeze the ball using your inner thighs for about 10 sec., release and repeate 6 to 8 times. or lay on your back, lace resistant bands around your ankles, bands are secured either to a door or by placing your arms flat beside you holding at the ends of the bands, then with a flat back lift your legs into a v-shape and close slowly by resisting, then repeat 10 to 12 times. i have that problem and I'm almost to were i want them to be. good luck

you can't target fat loss in a specific body area
the thighs just hold more fat reserves so they stay 'fatter'
a good way to lose weight is to eat about 5-6 meals a day, a larger breakfast, then the rest, each about fist-sized, and to snack on healthy things throughout the day, like sunflower seeds, fruits, nuts, vegs - and your meals should be very 'food pyramid' oriented - i know it sounds cliche' but it works - and then stop eating altogether at least 3 hours before you normally go to bed
eat just enough to get full and no more - then snack all day to maintain a just-sated feeling - you'll have to keep track of your energy reserves though if you're doing exertion like cheerleading so i would go heavy on the fruits throughout the day so you have plenty of sugars - chop up several different fruit pieces together and carry them in a bag with you throughout the day perhaps - anti-oxidant high fruit like blueberries also aids in body de-tox
quit drinking sodas - drink a peppermint green tea - it's very flavorful and green tea also aids in weight loss - Zen tea
cut meats back to non-processed (processed= hamburgers, hotdogs, anything ground up) and also cut back dairy
again, adjust diet to the food pyramid -
after a couple of weeks on this diet you'll have lost weight - and then also you'll have trained your metabolism into a fat-burning machine because it's trained to not reserve body fats, because it knows it always has a supply of food that you're giving it
then the good part is, once you have this down, whenever you feel llike it you can splurge on fried chicken and stuff
but most of all don't get twigged out about what you think you're "supposed" to look like and just don't worry about it - I bet in all likelyhood you're quite attractive but may just have some insecurities - but that's okay too - we all do of some sort
but mostly, there's nothing wrong with maintaining ones health - especially in today's fatter-than-ever human race

just be relax every time
stop drink coffee
stop smoking
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes as much as possible
eat many cucumbers as much as possible
eat much green vegetables as much as possible
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres pure water a day
do any sport 4-5 days a week
and you will be healthier.

You can't loose weight only on certain part of your body, except an operation.
To loose some fats on your thigh you need to loose weight on your entire body.
