Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Down the block, hang a right at the corner, walk in liquor store, and ask the clerk behind the counter. Or just grab it from the fridge. Sorry, wrong 6pack. The muscle is already their it's just a matter of toning it and dropping the "meat" in front of it. Sit-ups and crunches will tone it, especially criss-cross crunches. Proper diet and cardio (running, jogging, etc...)will drop the "extra meat". And of course the will power to do this on a regular basis without losing interest. 'Just a thought'

TURBO JAM! I saw it on an infomercial early one morning, and just had to get it. I've tried Windsor Pilates, and that bored the snot out of me. Turbo Jam is a lot of fun to do, and you really can feel it the next day. I do a lot of ab work, some cardio, and there's even a strength training one. I spent about $75 and got all of them on a 2-disc set. There's a lot of regular exercises that you can do, but this is the only one I've found that has kept me motivated. Really helps when all the women on their have six-packs, and they keep saying that it's never too late to have one of your own! :)

I have told so many people about this, and I even have people at work doing it too. It's a lot of fun!

Also, eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink water (I even drink sugar-free kool-aid). You can still eat what you want (potatoes, etc) just not a whole lot (like I was doing!). Walk whenever you can, and do your exercises.

I chose to try Turbo Jam because I can't run anymore (bone spurs in my shin bones from high school track) and walking bores me to death.

the fastest way to a six pack is to eat right, do crunches, sit ups, push ups, pull ups, and walk every other day.
