You still burn some calories when you sleep. Calories don't have a clock, when you reach around 3500 extra calories in your body it turns into a pound of fat- so for most that would take a couple days to gain.

When you sleep you burn off some calories. In order to best keep the calories down do some exercise after you eat. If you exercise before you eat then your body starts to need them, sometimes causing you to eat more then what is really needed.

No, if you eat a normal balanced diet, it will use the calories as mainly an energy source 4 ur body. thats pretty much it, if u eat food like pizza and chips, there will be to many extra calories to burn doing normal activities so they're stored usually as fat.

eat a few hours before you go to bed so the calories have a chance to be burned up.. or go for a brisk walk before you eat so your metabolism is higher and you don't pack on as many pounds.
