i usually wake up around 10 or 11, if i waited to eat till around 12 and ate a salad and had a salad for dinner with a snack in between the two, would that be healthy?

well, it can be possible- take multivitamins everyday. good luck!

I would want to do that if I could though.

It is a good way to lose weight, but I don't think it is healthy.
I think if you are looking to short your life about 5-10 years then keep eating nothing but salads. You need the five basic food groups, not just salad.

what are you using for protein. Salad is good but not for all meal. You can use some baked ckinless chicken in your salad.

its important to have a balanced diet, a diet of salad would be healthy if it were made of the things that comprise a balanced diet
