i really need to flaten my stomach anyonr have any ideas how??

hey my friend
just listen to me cause im serious and know this as well,
go to gym ,register for body building class,
the trainer will tell you about 7 diffrent exercises specially to flat ur stomach,
in first month u get a very very good reuslt,
by sitting at home , u cant flaten ur stomach,
im a 21 year old girl , and i have 2pack now. instead of 6pack:))

You need to cut your calories back by 500 a day. Cut out all sweet and fatty foods. Eat properly having several very small meals each day. You also need to do some fast walking or running to burn fat. You should also join a gym to tone up all of your muscles and do lots of ab exercises like crunches, knee-ins, side bends, etc... And remember you strongest ally is your "willpower". If you really want something you can get there!!!

Eat 1 tbsp flaxseeds, chew them well and swallow with a little curd/yogurt each time. Do it for three weeks and observe stmach.
