i am very over weight and the first place i wanna start losing is my stomach, got any tips

When it comes to losing fat, Opus is right, there is no such thing as spot reducing. However, most people, including so-called weight loss experts like Opus, do not know that there is another component of weight besides fat...it's uneliminated waste matter.

Do a juice fast and you will see your mid-section shrink. On my longest juice fast of 90 days, I lost 20 pounds of uneliminated waste matter and I only had 5.8% body fat, which is about 9 pounds of fat. My 31 inch waist shrunk to 28 inches and my 41 inch chest remained the same. In other words, I did not lose any lean body mass...I just got rid of a cesspool that took me 40 years to accumulate.

I have coached thousands of people and I have seen all types of so-called incurable dis-eases disappear as this uneliminated waste matter disappears. If you have never done a juice fast before, you are in for a treat. Most of my clients lose 30 pounds in 30 days and those who have a lot to lose will lose 20 pounds in the first week. Please do not listen to people who speak from a place they have never been. I have fasted for almost 800 days on 131 different occasions so I could teach people how to save their lives. Indeed, death begins in the colon!

Spot reducing does not work. Eat less, exercise more.
Stomach exercises will tone your stomach muscles, but the fat will come off all over.

You are not able to spot reduce (pick an area where you want to lose weight) so what you need to do is just get up start doing. Start off by adjusting you diet (meaning how/what you eat) and then get yourself on a good training program that is based on cardio.

I don't know but I wanna lose some of my stomach fat too.I have a little pouch on my tummy and I HATE it.
