Healthier than most diets. But you need some protein in there somewhere, and it does not have to be meat. Easiest method would be to add some croutons and shredded ham or eggs to the mix. If you are totally against animal products, there are certain other combinations of vegetable matter that will give you what you need. Google for them. The key part is you have to eat them at the same time to get the potein combination.

You also need to have somewhat intake of carbs with a purpose to have adequate energy for your muscle tissues to work on a everyday foundation considering that you do insane exercises. Also due to the fact you're on a strict food plan it's your decision to take a look at or may need to make investments on dietary supplements (vitamins) with a view to catch up on the minimal nutrients you get on the food you consume.

Nope. Not enough protein and carb - plus you need a little fat. Just salad is missing most of the things you need to stay fit.

in a way yes and in a way no it all depends on what you put in the salad.. vegetarians eat this way and are healthy if they watch their diet .. making sure they get all of their vitamins and PROTEIN .. a body needs it and it one of the things that vegetarians seem to lack and need to watch out for .. make sure you get enough of everything your body needs ..
