Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Please don't be ashamed of yourself and do NOT take diet pills. First step is to "get real" about losing weight.
It took a while for you to put on the weight, it'll take time to take it off.
Second, you will not lose 40 pounds in a month. That's not even realistic or healthy.
The more realistic your goal is, the greater your chance of success. Give yourself more like 3-4 months.
Without knowing how tall you are, 40 pounds may be too much to lose. You don't want to look like a skeleton or get sick.
Third, you have to have some self-discipline and decide for yourself to be patient and stick to a weight loss plan for at least 3 months.
Cut out all the junk food (soda, chips, fatty meat, sweets, sauces, fatty cheese) and learn about how many calories are contained in which food. To know what it is that you're actually putting in your mouth will go a long way in helping you lose weight.
Start exercising. Don't overdo it at first. If you get sore or you work too hard, you'll stop. Start slow and build up from there.
Drink lots of water or tea (without the sugar).

Really, you should go to a doctor first because you're 15 and any diet / exercise program affects teenagers differently than it does adults.
Best of luck.

Stay away from diet pills!!!!!!! You are not going to drop 40 lbs in a month, and still be conscious. Be smart about it. How tall are you? Ghana.......3hrs a day? You're nuts. A censable diet and excercise every day. You need to raise your heart rate over 100 for about 20 MINUTES a day. It really is that simple. A brisk walk up the road, around a track, or down the beach if you have one. At your age that king of a regimin should get you where you need and want to be. Most of all, whatever you do in terms of losing weight, be sure you're doing it for the right reason............i.e. your own self asteem as apposed to your friends opinion of you, health issues.....etc. If you use this type of program you will also feel better than if you were to do something like diet pills. Good luck.

Diet pills aren't the answer. To be honest, you can't lost 40 lbs. in a healthy way in 1 month. You didn't say how tall you are either which would help us. When on a "diet" you can expect to lose about 2 lbs. a week. You should...and I know you don't want to hear this...none of us do (including me)....exercise, drink LOTS of water, eat lots of fruits and veggies, exercise, cut back on the bread, drink diet soda instead of regular, exercise, and try not to be so hard on yourself. I'll be truthful with you, not many people are completely happy with the way they look. They may ACT like they are completely confident but everyone has insecurities about something. Don't do something silly like hurting your body with diet pills because they are a temporary solution and you will always gain the weight back when you stop taking the meds. I had a friend that ended up in the hospital after taking some diet pills- like the doctor prescribed- luckily she was OK. Just take it one day at a time, allow yourself rewards once in awhile and did I mention to exercise :) Good luck!

The only way to lose 40 pounds in one month would be by amputation! You should lose the extra weight, but you have to start with reasonable goals! You also have to forget the shame: Shame is probably something that makes you eat too much! Be proud that you are doing something about this.

Each pound is equal to around 3500 calories. If you kept everything the same in terms of exercise and other activities, and cut 500 calories per day from your intake, then you would lose around one pound per week. You might be able to cut more from your intake, if you have been eating way too much: 1000 calories per day less would result in two pounds per week.

The foolproof method is to cut your diet down to 1000 calories per day and start walking EVERY day. Slowly work up to 5 miles per day, and then keep walking that distance. It doesn't matter if you walk slowly, jog, or even run (which you can also work up to slowly) as long as it is 5 miles EVERY day.

1000 calories per day is not too hard: no snacks, three meals per day with small portions, no soda or candy, lots of fish or broiled chicken, nothing fried, no butter, few carbs (like bread, rice, or potatoes), raw or steamed green and yellow veggies, salads with lemon juice as dressing, etc. DIET PILLS ARE NOT ON YOUR DIET!

hi,
first of all you don't need to be ashamed of your self, there is some people in this life with very good outside looking but so bad inside looking so it dosn't matter how you look like outside. what matter is how much pretty you are inside? I have some extra wehit too and I used to be in part of my life to be so ashamed, but not any more , because I understand that what matter is how much pretty is my heart and how much honest is my heart.
and if just in case someone starting at you or give you a coment , no need to reply really because they show their real self, they only respect the outside which is not the most important, that show their value and standards in life. you are what you are and every one must love you the way you are , and the first step is to love your self the way you are. you can't ask people to accept you if you don't accept your self. yet , its not bad idea to try to lose , how about trying vinigar , the one they use for Salad. try small spone of vinigar in a very big cup of water and drink it after breakfast. Please ask your family doctore first about this idea, i read someone in the old medicine that this idea help... I tried it before and it worked out with me. agian, please consult your doctor.

You cannot lost 40 lbs in one month. How tall are you? That is also a factor in how much you should weigh. And please, don't go by those height-weight scales. Everyone's frame is different and different factors determine your weight. You want to be proportionate to your height and body type. You want to look healthy, not sickly.

Be realistic, you are not going to lose 40 pounds in one money.
Start exercising.
Start eating healthy.
Dont starve yourself.
Dont take diet pills.
You would probably feel much better about yourself if you just lost 10 pounds.

You should go jogging, do basic exercises, sure you won't get immediate results but it's alot healthier than diet pills and you'll feel alot better by sticking to exercises! =) Also aerobic exercises are really great for you, so explore your options.
