Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Above all you need to think practical. Yes playing tennis 2 or 3 hours a day would get you do lose weight but actually doing that is not realistic. Find a physical activity that is you really like to do; weight lifting for example. If you go to the gym get in and do 15-20 min cardio before you start lifting. I also like to walk alot; you burn more calories than you think.
Try to eat a little healthier to but again be practical; you will not become a health guro overnight. You should expect to fail a little bit with your diet and excersie routines but keep at it.

The best way to lose weight without hurting your body and without killing yourself with excersise is to eat good foods in small portions several times a day, this keeps your metabolism up by telling your body that there is no need to hang on to all the fat. So eat a healthy breakfast, I eat a bowl of Total, then have a snack before lunch, something like an apple or granola bar, then eat what you want for lunch, just don't over eat, then have another snack before supper, something light I usually eat some peanuts because I like them and they have a lot of protein. Then eat a big supper with lots and lots of veggies and do not eat anything right before going to bed. If you must have a snack, stay away from fatty foods!! Eat fruit, nuts, baked chips, applesauce, yogurt, whatever. Try to increase your protein intake, but don't go and eat a pound of eggs. Do NOT drink sodas, only water and lots of it. For variety drink tea or flavored water, stay away from anything with aspartame, it will actually make you gain weight, diet drinks are included, they are not good for you at all. Anything using splenda is better. If you want to support your diet with something use cinnamon supplements and fish oil capsules, they increase your metabolism without increasing your heart rate and without the wierd side effects like a lot of the weight loss pills do. If you want to really kick it off, do some cardio excersises, just jog in place to music for 30 minutes if you can't get outside or if you don't want anyone to see you excersise. Tennis is good if you know how to play and have access to a court, otherwise, dancing is great, even if you think you don't know how to dance, just getting off the couch and moving around for a while is a good start. Believe me, doing these things are great for your body, you won't lose it all over night but you didn't gain it over night either.

Dude for football, I'd focus on lifting, Large people can either lose weight or gain muscle quicker thatn skinny peole simply because moving more mass burns more calories and takes more effort.
Grab some protein powder (I'd reccomend whey protien)
make three shakes a day (with NO sugar) there's only like a million recipes out there, eat ONE meal a day (hey if your active eat what you want for that ONE meal) drink LOTS of water I'm 6'5" a nutritionist figured I should drink close two 2 liters of water a day(and when your limiting your food it becomes easy to do)
and work HARD but don't injure yourself. That's basically what I'm doing only I'm watching more on that one meal. I'd tell you specifics but I don't know how without soliciting.
ALSO THINK THIN, sounds corny but if you focus on thoughts like (I'm getting better, I'm lifting heavier, I'm in better shape) where your mind goes your body is MORE LIKELY to follow,

Go to the gym at least once a week - this should get you to lose weight and get fit at the same time, but start slow and work your way up.
Don't go on a diet - they don't really work, except for someone who didn't eat anthing for 3 days and she lost 7 stone. Just eat little meals regularly and concentrate on what you're eating - think about the food thats going into your mouth.

This probably doesn't help. Paul McKenna is amazing at getting people to lose weight, watch his programs / read his books!

You can lose weight quickly and safely. Without harmful drugs, diet pills or fad diets.

When loosing weight, most of us don't have the time to drastically change our lifestyles. We need a practical and convenient way to integrate effective habits into our daily lives. The following steps are easy and practical ways to get you on the track to loosing weight and feeling better.

1. Drink Water! Water doesn't just help quench your thirst. All metabolic processes within the body utilize H2O and drinking plenty of it helps your body function optimally. It also helps you feel your best---many of the common daily headaches and fatigues we experience can result from a lack of water intake.

2. Eat Breakfast! Many Americans fail to realize the true value of a morning meal. It not only boosts energy for the long day ahead, but keeps your metabolism regulated. Skipping a meal can put the body into "survival mode" which means that it actually begins storing and saving fat as opposed to burning it.

3. Exercise! There is no easy way around it: successful and sustained weight loss requires a commitment to physical activity. The best way to be loyal to physical activity is to work it into each day. Take a small part of each day to go for a walk, do aerobics, do yoga, or whatever other type of activity you enjoy. Mix it up so that you don't get bored with it. Soon, you will not only get used to it, but you will feel better too!

4. Choose Variety! Don't let popular dieting trends fool you: Carbs are good for you too! In fact, carbohydrates are what your brain run on and are very important for proper body functions. Following a high-protein diet over a long period of time can not only cause headaches, but also places considerable stress on the kidney. The important thing is to eat a variety of foods. This includes fruits, vegetables and even carbs. Just remember to be smart about the types of carbs you eat:: whole wheat instead of white.

5. Eat Slowly! We all get in a hurry from time to time, but it is important to take the time to listen to our bodies. Eating quickly doesn't give our bodies time to tell our brains that we have eaten enough. Consequently, we continue eating and are left filling stuffed and bloated. Eating more slowly allows us to recognize when we actually have eaten enough and stop—it also helps us savour and enjoy the food we do eat.

Essential to loosing weight is giving our bodies what they need. This means drinking plenty of water, eating timely and proper meals, staying active, and giving our body the time to tell us when it is full. Our bodies will reward us for our attention.

Look bud, I lose my weight with TENNIS... each day every week, 2-3 hours...
u improve muscles (both arms and legs) and lost weight.

I'm doing it for 3 weeks and I've lost already 10kg :)

I'm afraid that football isnt the sport for you, and if u weight so much - it can cause damage to your health (especially if you're astmatic person or any other chronical illneses.) - BESIDES - it makes too much pressure on your heart...

Look, I'd suggest u do two things - in case u want to design ur body - go to a gym... u won't really lose there weight - but you'll really design your body for 4-6 months...

In case that u want drop weight (and u DAMN NEED TO DO IT) - go and play tennis like what i told above...

Well, I am a football coach for a local high school in Michigan. I have a few players on a program called Shapeworks. It is helping them lose weight, while keeping up their protein needs for healthy muscle gain. They are in excellent shape now. I personally lost 95 lbs in 8 mnths using it is how I knew to tell my players about it. Here is a webite to look at if you are interested; www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

1) Check out the Body Ecology Diet by Donna Gates. Immediately cut out dairy (milk, butter, cheese) wheat (even whole wheat) and sugar (that includes: honey, maple syrup, dates, raisans..etc.) 2) Drink 6-8 eight ounce glasses of water a day. 3) Stretch out every morning just after you wake up and drink a glass of water before you consume anything else...every day. You will feel a hundred times better and start to lose weight. Love, isis_tee

Cardio, Cardio and eating healthy. The only way you are going to drop the weight are those two things combined, you have to be consistant, and dont slack off, make sure to eat lots of chix, fish, fruits, veggies, and no junk food!!! You will see your body change quicker than you think, drink a protein shake for breakfast, eat lots of egg whites... no yolk... well for every 4 eggs you can have 1 yolk, sorry. You will loose it! Good luck!
