hey... i have the same problem, with the same lady, at the same job lol
It's harder than you guys think to tell her to piss off... She makes this groaning noise when she gets up, like it hurts her
Seriously though, I would hate to have to stand up with all her weight on me but she needs to deal with it because we all got our stuff to overcome in life

So u real question is not FAT person, ur real question is How to get out of this Senior, junior situation. Anyway
I had this experience, and it ends up pretty bad.. well for her.
I used to work at hechts and this old lady keep on bossing me around do this do that. and we both just same position. In the end i cant take it anymore and crap her out in the public. afterward She treat me good and respect. see what i mean Dont hold it. u dont want volcano effect!! U should tell her in prviate that u dont like her bossing u around, and need her respect for u. Also tell her that getting stuff from the fridge is because u nice, not a must. Otherwise she gonna use u more.
Reslove this quick before she use u as a habit

It is not okay to ask skinny people to do things for you just because you are fat. That is how she got fat in the first place probably. She is just plain lazy. She should start an exercise regimen which starts with that 10 ft walk to the fridge. If she is to lazy to do so, then she is eating less calories. I would tell her that you have work to do, and if she wants something during work hours, she should get it herself instead of interrupting your work time.
I am over 300lb and if I want something done, I do it myself, because I refuse to ask anyone to do anything that I am unwilling to do myself. I only ask for help when I am UNABLE to do it myself or alone.

You are her boss (or something like that), yet you're playing fetch for her? I don't think this has anything to do with weight. I think it's a power struggle, and you're losing!
Unless she is so fat that she is handicapped, you need to stop being her errand boy.
The next time she asks, tell her you're busy and can't do it right then. If she's willing to wait, make her wait for hours. When she asks again, tell her you still haven't had time. She should realize that you won't play her game anymore.

I wouldn't care if the person is small, petite, medium, thick, fat, obese, etc I would say..."hmm that's funny your legs don't look broken to me" and tell her go get your own pop/soda what have you.
The time I would be more considerate if it was a person who honestly needed the help or say if the person is disabled, but alot if disabled people I have met are more able than the regularly abled peers.

A "nice guy" wouldn't want to tell her to "piss off". He might say no and that's okay. I bet if it was a young and pretty single girl you would be offering to get **** from the fridge. Who told you you are a nice guy? They lied to you.

You're her boss and therefore a gentleman, right? Do it as long as it doesn't get in the way of your work. Ask her if there's anything else you can do for her now that you're up. Turn the other cheek and grin at her if she pats it.

no it is not ok for that to happen. she is abusing your sense of honor.
I am 6'10 and 425 I ask for help sometimes when something is on the floor or I am carring a package (bad knees use a cane) or I will ask someone to bring me something if it is a distance (not 10 ft)
asking you for something 10ft away. I would tell her to off her a*s and do it.

well, you have thought about the two extremes. getting the food or tell her to piss off.
In the middle, you might say something like, "aren't your feet meant for walking?"
