Hello, I'm a pharmacist and personal trainer from Oklahoma.

Smaller breasts may not be an accurate description. Lifting weights - and by that I assume you mean working pectoral muscles - will not necessairly make your breasts "smaller". Working the perctorals will help tone the area. Tonation of the muscles underneath the mammary tissue will result in a firming of the breast tissue (i.e. they will "sag" less). Some may interperet this as a modest reduction in size of the breast when it is actually a hypertrophy of the underlying muscle tissue.

The woman's breasts are primarily fatty tissue and glands. Yes, weight loss will cause you to lose some of your breast size. Usually it is not a dramatic loss but in some cases is.

If you work your chest muscles sometimes your breasts will get smaller. It also depends on the size and makeup of the breasts.
