it is one of nature's best foods

the egg white you can eat whenever you want--but the yolk has a high cholesterol level--so one or two a day would be okay

the egg white is not only low in fat, it keeps you full by giving you quality protein

for body builders, egg protein is a great source for muscle building; each egg white has 3 grams of protein, and each egg yolk has 3 grams as well--so a whole egg has 6 grams of good protein

even if you aren't a body builder--the egg can keep you lean and healthy--and it can be cooked in so many ways--omelettes, boiled eggs, sunny side up, etc

enjoy!

Ya eggs are great, just carfuel with how many whole eggs you eat, the yolk has 5 grams of saturated fat, so just maybe one or two in the morning, egg whites, have as many as you want

Yes...protein and some fat. They use to recommend only 3 eggs a week due to cholesterol in the yokes, but as always, it turns out that eggs are just fine anyway, anytime you want them.

Yes, as long as you do not eat them every day.

4 eggs a week is OK

Egg whites are even better for you.

They don't call them the perfect food for nothing. And I have recently read that the fat in eggs is also good fat.
