I have a friend that is sort of like you, he is like 6'2" ish and about 145lbs. He can eat just about anything and not gain much weight, but that also goes for muscle as well. He goes to the gym with me sometimes and for a while was working out very regularly, he did put on about 10 lbs of muscle but it took 3-4 months of lots of training.

For someone like you I think the key is to just eat a lot, and just make sure you are eating the right types of foods (not fast food and junk food) a good choice to add to some of your meals might be natural peanut butter as well as maybe some of the more fatty types of fish. That is of course if you like those types or foods. Also you could always go to like a GNC or vitamin shop and ask them what they recommend for someone in your position. I would suggest getting some whey protein for after work outs and maybe some casein protein for before bed. That might help your body grow as well.

If you are really serious about gaining muscle it will be a lot of work, because it is just hard to eat enough food to get a body with a very high metabolism fed properly.

For you, yes....you are what everyone dreams of being. you have a really high metabolism and probably wouldn't gain any weight if you ate 7 Big Mac every day of your life. Lifting weights is probably the best thing you can do to build your muscle mass and look as though you've gained weight.

Concentrate on the big lifts, DEADLIFTS - SQUATS - WEIGHTED PULLUPS - ELEVATED PUSHUPS. Do 5 sets of 5 reps 3 times a week. Any cardio work should be reduced to an intense 15 minutes and no longer. Don't do bench presses, they are a non-functional exercise and only lead to injury.

Normal, what is normal anyway? I have a friend just like you. He used to drink milkshakes with every meal to try and gain weight, but instead he made himself sick. He visited a doctor who told him that this is the body God gave him and he may as well get used to it. So try to accept yourself, you will probably naturally gain alittle weight with age, but hey, you'll never be fat! But remember, you can be thin and still have clogged arteries so don't make the mistake of thinking you can eat all junk food and stay healthy just because you don't get fat.

If it were me, i'd merely positioned them over a sholder. yet when there are 2 human beings then merely grab the legs and fingers. It does no longer be very complicated at wondering about short distances. Now once you're able to haul them miles then i'd probable flow with a piggy back. trouble-free!

5'9 126 pounds is freakish...

If you wanna gain weight quickly, then start eating anything fattening

If you wanna gain weight correctly, then start drinking protein shakes, eating fish/chicken, and get to the gym...now!
