Change your eating habits. Cook with less grease and butter. Eat more vegatables and leaner meats (like fish as opposed to beef). Some people have found that eating 5 or 6 small meals a day is preferable to eating 3 larger ones because the body metablozies them better. If this isn't right for you, try to make lunch your "big" meal of the day and eat a light supper. Remember that alcohol has more calories than most people think. Drink lots of water. I'm a self proclaimed chocoholic and I drink a glass (or 2) of non-fat chocolate milk instead of eating chocolate. I will caution you to not make any food "off limits" instead practice moderation.

Invest in an exercise machine. It doesn't have to be expensive, but it does have to be something that is fun to use. I love my gazelle that I got at walmart for under $100. Pairing a lower priced machine with less options with ankel weights can be a big help on the financial end of things. If you have a favorite tv show use your machine or do crunches and lunges and push-ups while watching tv.

If you have stairs and can do so without hurting your knees run up and down them. 15 minutes of running stairs burns a pile of caloires.

When I first started trying to loose weight I was hypnotised. It was a group program, I think it cost $50. I dropped about 45 pounds in less than a year, and I've kept 35 pounds of that off for 4 years. If attending something like that isn't your style you can order tapes that talk you through it. Some will be single induction on one side and double induction on the other. That is preferable, especially if you have trouble relaxing because the double induction will relax you.

Well there are many ways! You can go to the gym, and work out in a weight room. You can go to a sauna, and sweat some weight off...but keep in mind that this is only water weight. Usually easy & fast ways to loose weight, aren't always the most effective ways.

Someone may even tell you to go anorexic or bulimic, but we all know that isn't the thing to do, now is it?

Just start eating healthier, and do some exercise videos, clean house, do anything that has some movement....besides sitting on the computer all day...like I do.

Do more-Eat less. That could mean doing housework.{ a great calorie burner} or jog in place while watching TV. Also no snacking between meals or after supper. You've got to give up something to lose weight. But it's worth it!

Do not eat for a whole day. Afterward, if you didn't, you will eat less than you did before. I did it, it's not that hard to go only one day. Don't eat so much you feel a lot of pressure either. Just eat enough to not be hungry. Also drink more water.
