I would eat right as well. Something coming up in 3 weeks and i really want a flat stomach and i dont kno how. My stomach now isn't all that big. help me out

I stopped eating meat about a year ago, but continued to eat fish and seafood. Now, I've removed seafood from my diet, and try to avoid dairy products as well. I'm concerned about vitamin deficiencies as well as a lack of protein and calcium. Is there anything anyone can recommend?

I have changed my exercise routine to using the stair master, yoga and using the stationary bike. but when i run like i have 4 days a week for 5 years, my but and the back of my leg give me extreme pain. i first ignored this pain for about a year. now i can't run. I can't stand the pain. How do i fix this? will i ever run again? should i ask my other runners at the gym?

I am 5'3 and weigh 123lbs, and I am 29. This is fine for walking on the street, but I am entering competitive ballroom dance. I have a soft middle. No tone. My upper arms are soft, but not flabby. My thighs are soft, not flabby.

I have started taking one hour cardio classes, followed by a 15min back and abs class. I am taking these classes three times a week.

How soon will I start seeing results? I started last week. I am dieting as well.

I am currently cutting fat with both resistance training and cardio. My typical BF starts at 6:35a with water, Caffeine pill (for thermo), and a multivitamin. About 7:35a I have a V8. First actual small meal around 10a. Should I be delaying the multivitamin to the V8, or even the meal? (Rest of day follows with 5 more evenly spaced small meals)

I've this thing for under a year now but never really used it. I just found it stashed away in my garage and was thinking about using it but i was wondering if it really works. I don't want to waste my time but if it really does work then i will put time in to it. and i know ur supposed to only use it for like 3 min... but still... if its not gonna work, - then i don't want to start with hopes that it will. What companies still manufacture running shoes in the USA? or at least not made in China? It seems like they are all from China.
As a consumer who tries to be socially and environmentally concious, I try to avoide products made in China.

im not the heavciest person around but my weight is very very sensitive I can gain about three pounds a week or lose. Sometimes I work my hardest and i still cant seem to get it off does anyone have a good Idea for loseing weight without anything like lipo or things that cost money???
