i have been working out for 4 weeks, 5 days a week. I do cardio (switch between running, elliptical and swimming) and weights. I have been eating more healthy, cut out soda and drinking tons of water every day. When can I expect to notice a change? I weighed myself last night and I have not lost ANY weight! I am not a big girl (5'3" and I weigh 148 pounds). I am not expecting to lose 15 pounds in a week but I expected at least a 2 lb a week loss. I haven't even noticed a change in the way my clothes fit.
