I get interested in losing weight and really want to but when I see something I like to eat, I have no willpower and go ahead and eat it knowing it is going to put the weight on. I don't want to take anything perscribed because of side effects. Any suggestions?

yea i weigh 223 lbs and every time i get on the scale it says 215 or 218 and it says it alot is this a sign that im about to lose more weight because it says it alot more than 223 lbs,also how long would it take to get more muscles in my chest

I can't get over how much fat and calories are in peanut butter or in a hand full of nuts but I hear they are good for you and a good party of a well balanced diet.

I want to eat them but I need for someone to explain that they will not make me fat.

I would like to lose the mommy belly and about 30 pounds of extra weight I picked up over the winter. Any ideas on how to best accomplish that by about October?
Right now, I'm planning to do cardio 4 times a week and weight lifting about twice (not too good at that) a week. I'm also going to start eating more veggies and whole grain foods. Most importantly, I have set a goal of 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups by the end of July. Is this goal realistic or do you think I'm pushing it too far? I have a tendency to do that.
Stats: 5'8 and 165 lbs
