Milk is a great way to feel full. Just drink it with or as your meals and you should feel less hungry so you eat smaller portions of meals. (drink low calorie skim milk)

the best protein source ever
take a serving around 10:30am as a midmorning snack, and another as a snack around 4pm
this will allow you not to go hungry as the day progresses
(of course these snacks are in addition to your 3 meals--breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

water....a lot of the time when you think you might be hungry you are actually thirsty....you should eat several small meals a day so that your metabolism speeds up and in between meals drink alot of water
